* Frame not included, please remember this is a printable file sent by email unless purchasing the printed upgrade The location of the number of seats/rows/columns will be determined by the designer and is dependant on the size of the chart ordered and number of guests, if you have any specific thoughts or requirements these MUST be conveyed to us before work begins. However, a complete resupply of the guest list or change in the way the names are sorted will need a redesign and a new file will need to be purchased. We know last minute changes do happen and we can swap the odd person around, correct a name etc. We will supply a proof for you to look over and are happy to make little adjustments. Please send it as you want it to appear, removing any additional information not required such as numbers or bullet points next to names, meal options etc. Wording can be sent via etsy convo or emailed in excel or word. The guest list should be sent in the exact order you want it to appear - sorted by table number/name or alphabetically. Please ensure you supply all of your wording EXACTLY as you would like it to appear on the design and don't forget the wording for the top and side of the chart. Easy!
